I Think Locations Have Influenced My Arts Practice!

I am a practicing artist with qualifications in ceramics from the National Art School, Sydney and a Visual Arts Degree from QUT, Brisbane.

 

After graduation I worked as a Communications Officer for the Queensland Government and have also worked for many years as a nurse, with qualifications as a registered nurse and midwife.

I have led art workshops and participated in exhibitions across North East Victoria, Australia, Italy and Ireland. I am enthusiastic about natural dyeing, cyanotype printing and zero waste clothing design.

 

I am mother to three beautiful adult daughters and I live in Enniscrone County Sligo Ireland, where I enjoy playing fiddle with a local Irish music group and hill walking. My studio is my happy place, where ever it is!
